A notary is not an attorney and notarization does not mean that the notary has approved, reviewed, or guaranteed the legal validity of a document.

Give legal advice
Choose legal documents for you
Draft legal documents
Interpret contracts or legal documents
Tell you what legal rights you have
Determine whether a document is legally sufficient
Tell you what you should sign
Change or alter the substance of your documents
Perform a notarial act when Georgia law does not permit it
Notarize a document when the required identity, willingness, or other legal requirements are not satisfied
